Terms of Service

Payment, Refunds and Waiting Time:1. Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal or Venmo. Until it is paid, the commission is put on hold. Work will begin after payment has been received.2. I do not allow full refunds if the piece has already been started. However, depending on the stage of which the piece has already been worked on, I can offer a refund of the difference (for example, if the client paid $20, but the price of what has already been completed would be around $5, I can offer a refund of $15 back). This way I am still being paid for the work that was already done.3. The waiting time from the moment I contact you that I've started working on your piece is approximately 1-2 weeks. Do not confuse you submitting the form with me actually starting to work on your commission. More complex artwork will obviously take longer to create. The client will be notified if something comes up on my end that will extend the waiting period.4. If a due date for a piece is necessary, please communicate this with me before payment, and we will discuss possibilities surrounding my ability to complete the work by that date.


Rights of Usage:1. I reserve the right to use my artwork in my portfolios or as material to promote myself. You may opt out of this. If you want your piece to be private, I will not post nor use it as material to promote myself. (must be communicated to me directly but can be done at any time)2. Under no circumstances may you use my artwork for NFT, AI training/usage or commercial use.3. At any point in time during the commission process, I reserve the right to deny your request, for any reason.


General things of Note:1. Characters with notably detailed and/or complex designs may be simplified to work with my style2. The client must provide me with written clear details and at least 1 visual reference of their requested character(s).3. Simple backgrounds (including pride flags, flat color, simple patterns, etc.) are free of charge.4. Asking for updates at any stage or time is always encouraged! Please note you are always allowed to ask for changes or edits but anything major (for example, adding another character) may result in an additional fee.5. I will not mimic another artist's art style and will always interpret characters in my own, which may involve stylistic changes and slight hue changes to colors.6. Please keep an eye on your email (or the way normally contacted) for updates, additional questions and completed commissions.

- Simple backgrounds (simple shapes, objects, etc.)Will NOT draw:- Bigoted art or anything hateful
- Complex backgrounds
- proship, zoophilia, fetishizing identities
- NSFW/fetish art/ anything sexual/ nudity/ anything 18+
- Gore
- Questionably aged characters in any kind of suggestive or compromising position
- Real life people
- Canon/pre-existing characters
- Complex backgroundsMOST comfortable drawing (ability wise):- Feminine characters
- Simplistic characters
- Human/ HumanoidsI MIGHT draw (less confident ability wise):- Feral animals
- Monsters


In Summary:I, as the Artist...- Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media. (HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request)
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission.You, as the Client...- MAY NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
- MAY NOT use the piece for commercial use.
- MAY print your commission for personal use.
- MAY edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. (HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece)
- MAY post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
- MAY request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. (Large edits and redraws must be paid for)
